Apparently, there’s still a sucker born every minute. Not content with just getting ripped off by a puppy mill dog at the local pet store, they are now purchasing sight unseen.

It’s not like finding a healthy puppy is rocket science. Go to the local shelter. Find a reputable breeder. Visit their kennel. Ask some questions.
